Hi, I'm Carol 

Welcome to my small business. I started Beautique Gifts & Design when my first born was small as I wanted the flexibility of working from home whilst still being around to raise my babies. I now have 3 of them, and as you can see they are no longer babies! 

I have over 20 years industry experience in graphic design and marketing (and yes that does make me feel old lol). Creativity, design & business has always been my passion and to this day I still absolutely love what I do.

Working from home gives me a flexible schedule and my goal is to offer my customers one on one service in a professional but relaxed environment. I will happily work to suit your needs and I hope to exceed all your creative expectations whatever they may be.

How do I order?

Click and order straight from the shopping cart and it will send me an email letting me know what you are interested in. I will then be in contact as soon as I get your email to let you know what info/photos I need from you in order to customise your print however you would like.

Customisation

All of my prints can be fully personalised. I make each piece individually so can completely alter wording, font, colours and imagery to suit. 

When making your order it is recommended to include your customisation requirements in the notes, however I will be in touch via email to confirm your order so we can also discuss any customisation at that stage too. 

I can also create artwork not listed on my website so please let me know if you'd like me to design something completely unique to you too! 


Turn Around Times

Once I have received your photos / wording, allow 24-48hrs for me to get a visual proof to you. Once have approved this, allow another 24-48 hours for me to have it printed and framed ready to send. 

If you have ordered canvas however this can take up to 5 days. 

Please keep in mind that sometimes during busy periods such as Mother's Day, Father's Day, Valentines Day & Christmas that wait times can be longer, but normally the whole process is not longer than one week and I will communicate with you if it is any longer.

Payment Options

Once you have approved your order I will email you my account details so you can pay online via internet banking, or if you choose to I can also accept cash on pick up.

With a large customised order I may ask for a deposit with balance payable on completion.

Delivery/Collection

My products can be sent anywhere in New Zealand. I use NZ Post, usually you can allow 3-5 days for delivery. 

Local orders are also welcome for collection from me in Kaiapoi or Rangiora.

Shipping costs can differ based on size of your order but exact shipping costs will be confirmed with you prior to completion.
